Production Timeline

  • All items are custom-made after your order is placed
  • Standard production time: 3–5 business days
  • Times may vary during high-demand seasons
  • Production starts once payment is confirmed

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Domestic (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 3–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • ➡️ Add 3–5 days production time to these estimates

International:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 weeks (delays possible)
  • Priority Shipping: ~2 weeks (delays possible)
  • Customs delays are not included in these timeframes

Order Processing

  • Order confirmation sent via email
  • Tracking provided when shipped
  • Processing starts after payment clears
  • Weekend orders begin processing on the next business day

Calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method
  • Package size

International Orders Customers are responsible for:

  • International claims: after 30 days
